Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT service delivery to enhance customer experience.
Develop and implement service level agreements and metrics.
Oversee and mentor a team of IT support analysts.
Streamline procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service contracts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; ITIL certification preferred.
10 years of progressive experience in IT management roles.
Experience in a service-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
