• seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Customer 360, Identity Graph, and AI-ready data platform initiatives
• Lead development of Customer 360 capabilities by integrating data across hospitality, gaming, digital, loyalty, and customer service platforms.
• Design and build high-scale batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Develop domain-oriented data products that support machine learning and AI initiatives.
• Establish data engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead, Principal, or Architect-level capacity.
• Extensive experience building modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Demonstrated success building greenfield data initiatives from concept through production.
• Strong expertise in: Snowflake, Databricks, Data Lakehouse Architectures, Streaming Technologies, Domain-Driven Design, Data Product Development
• Experience designing and implementing: Customer 360 platforms, Identity Resolution solutions, Customer Identity Graphs, Recommendation data architectures

Pluses: 

• Experience with: Real-time customer personalization, Recommendation platforms, Customer analytics ecosystems, Feature store design, and ML data preparation frameworks
• Exposure to AI agent initiatives and semantic data architectures.
