Role - Program Manager
Location - 2 in alpharetta and 2 in NYC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Description: Delivery & Program Management Responsibilities
Execution Ownership
- Own endtoend delivery execution across multiple initiatives or workstreams.
- Translate roadmap milestones into release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints.
- Ensure alignment between Product Owners priorities and delivery capacity.
- Track progress against committed scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
Governance, Risk & Controls
- Ensure adherence to Morgan Stanley delivery governance, audit, and risk controls.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Drive mitigation plans for delivery, technology, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change management processes.
Status Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Produce clear, concise, and accurate delivery status reports for leadership.
- Chair Service Delivery Status Meetings (monthly / weekly as required).
- Communicate delivery health using meaningful indicators:
o Sprint predictability
o Dependency risk
o Quality signals
o Release readiness
- Act as the single source of truth for delivery progress and issues.
