Title: Consulting Partner – Data, AI & Digital Services

Looking to hire a growth partner to join our rapidly growing Data & Digital Service (DDS) practice in the New York, NY market. In this dynamic role, you will work to bring our many award-winning consulting practices to prospects and current clients in NY and Tri-state geographies.
Role Responsibilities:
· Source, sell, lead and manage opportunities to meet and exceed outcomes across various clients and market profiles
· Take a disciplined, sophisticated, ‘Total Consulting’ approach to all go-to-market activities in the NY tri-state geography
· Work closely across consulting service lines to enhance and sell all of our consulting offerings with deep knowledge around data analytics, AI and broad transformative packaged software
· Take a ‘Total Consulting’ approach for complex transformation engagements balancing your responsibilities within DDS with broader consulting offerings to maximize value of client outcomes
· Develop and deliver quality solutions with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations
· Utilize proven business development skills to initiate, generate, and mature opportunities from partner channels, sourced leads and personal relationships
· Identify business opportunities and enhance go- to market strategies including emerging technology solutions targeted at NY based prospects and clients
· Participate, host or lead demand generation activities including, business partner and client centric events
· With our NY market leaders, help build and lead a virtual cross service line NY team to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate team members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff
Qualifications and Experience:
· Big Four, Global Systems Integrator or similar consulting background
· A bachelor’s degree, master''s degree preferred
· 15+ years of related work experience: 10+ years of experience managing focused account teams to drive revenue growth in the NY tri-state market
· Successful track record of building and growing a consulting practice
· Deep account strategy and planning capabilities to direct account teams to drive measurable growth and client outcomes
· Experience with developing and supervising staff both on engagements and in their career
· Demonstrated thorough knowledge and/or a proven track record of success with operating in a professional services firm or large consultancy with the proven ability to scale and grow their firm
· Demonstrates thorough abilities to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding the client''s business
· Keeps up to date with emerging technologies in transformation, automation and AI
· Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
· Experience in at least one of these 3 industries: financial services, technology, and/or private equity
· Must be willing and able to travel when necessary
