Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale SDK to API migration initiative for Guaranteed Rate. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on program management experience, and a solid understanding of mortgage and financial platforms, especially the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
You will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, cross-team coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand program objectives, technical scope, and business requirements
• Build and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and milestones
• Lead SDK to API migration efforts with engineering and platform teams
• Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks
• Resolve technical and operational issues within project scope
• Estimate work effort, manage resources, and align delivery timelines
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, engineering standards, and best practices
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and quality
Mandatory Skills (Minimum 3 Required)
• Technical Program Management (large, complex technology programs)
• Encompass SDK / API (hands-on experience with Encompass LOS integrations)
• Mortgage / Financial Services Domain
• SDK to API Migration Experience
• SDLC & Agile / Waterfall Methodologies
Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of C# / .NET–based systems
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans
