BlackRock Aladdin Consultant

Position Overview –

• As a BlackRock Aladdin Consultant at Indium, you will play a crucial role in supporting & enhancing applications that interface with Aladdin platform for our clients in the Investment/Asset management sector.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and customize upstream and downstream data integration with Aladdin, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. 

Responsibilities –

• Understands Life of a Trade. Knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin Solution Explore to Portfolio Management, Trade
• Execution, Data Control and Operations, Trade Nuggets and Portfolio administration on Aladdin Platform. 

Technical Experience:

• Integration - support the Aladdin upstream and downstream data integration with the IM/AM systems.
• Conversion file data generation for all required asset classes, orchestration of dry runs (e.g. trade entry / reconciliations) and execution of production conversion.
• Planning, conception, detailed specification, implementation support, testing, coordination and stakeholder management for inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Participate in activities / interfaces enablement for
• Full automation of downstream trade lifecycle into accounting systems across all major asset classes via trade nuggets)
• Daily provision of fixed income from the accounting system
• Special instrument handling including all inbound required interfaces (e.g. cash flows, yield curve or custom features) as well as subsequent downstream provision of daily valuation and distribution.
• Extensive experience in Aladdin Data Cloud, having integrated IM/AM platform on to ADC.
• Stakeholder Management - Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Aladdin solutions.  

Qualifications -

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
• Technical proficiency with APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
