ServiceNow Developer/Builder contractor to design workflows, configure ITSM modules, and develop reports and dashboards. Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience required; reporting and analytics development strongly preferred.
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Builder to support the design, configuration, and development of workflows, applications, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on hands-on platform development, automation of operational processes, and creation of actionable dashboards and reports that support enterprise IT and healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience building within ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, Incident, Request, and Change Management, and is highly skilled in report development, dashboards, and data visualization within ServiceNow.
This contractor will work closely with IT operations, governance teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics that support operational decision-making.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows.
- Configure and support Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management modules.
- Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance and development standards.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Document configurations, workflows, and reporting structures.
