Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong Data Engineering background to support enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to drive the delivery of scalable data platforms, real-time data pipelines, and event-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data platform initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and demos.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate delivery risks.
- Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Data Engineering or Data Platform environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Streaming Data Concepts
- Event-Driven Architectures
- Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Data Integration Frameworks
- Modern Data Platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong backlog management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
