Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Technical Product Manager who can own feature delivery, drive engineering milestones, manage monthly release plans, and align stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.

This role requires someone who can operate with urgency, manage changing priorities, understand technical trade-offs, and communicate effectively with different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product delivery milestones in partnership with engineering, business, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Create, manage, and prioritize the feature backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, customer impact, and delivery capacity.
  • Build and manage monthly release plans, including release scope, feature readiness, sprint priorities, dependency tracking, and delivery risks.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, architecture dependencies, implementation trade-offs, and delivery constraints.
  • Dynamically adjust priorities based on business needs, leadership direction, customer impact, and engineering capacity.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, feature reviews, readiness reviews, and stakeholder checkpoints.
  • Track risks, blockers, dependencies, decisions, and milestones through closure with clear ownership and urgency.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operational users by tailoring the message to the audience.
  • Support post-release validation, adoption tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of product delivery processes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience owning product backlogs, feature prioritization, release planning, sprint execution, and delivery milestones.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical dependencies, system constraints, and implementation challenges.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, roadmap updates, and executive-ready status reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business, engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to proactively drive execution, remove blockers, escalate risks, and keep teams focused on committed outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read the room and tailor messaging for executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience or exposure to HR domain areas such as employee experience, talent management, executive talent management, workforce planning, or HR technology.
  • Experience working on enterprise systems, internal platforms, SaaS products, cloud, data, AI, or engineering-heavy product environments.
  • Experience managing monthly or quarterly software release cycles.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams, offshore teams, vendors, or partner organizations.
  • Ability to define success metrics, track product outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a sharp, proactive, and technically-minded Product Manager who can bring structure, urgency, and clarity to complex product delivery. This is not a passive coordination role. The right candidate should be comfortable pushing milestones, challenging ambiguity, managing engineering dependencies, adjusting priorities quickly, and keeping stakeholders aligned through crisp communication
