This role will be located in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA.

What you will be doing
  • Leads global compensation related projects including wage analysis, development and communication of policies and guidelines.
  • Partners with International HR and business partners to determine appropriate compensation packages for expatriate assignments.
  • Partners in the design and execution of global HRIS resources as they relate to global compensation (Oracle).
  • Manages established compensation programs through the HRIS systems including objective setting, performance reviews, merit process, bonus process, and creates global communications for each program.
  • Tracks, analyzes and reports on year over year merit and bonus budget. Creates annual budget forecasts by country based on merit and bonus plan funding.
  • Manages the development of international salary structures with Regional HR. Conducts market pricing, job slotting, and manages global salary administration as required.
  • Maintains and runs periodic as well as ad-hoc reports on compensation-related data from the HRIS system. Conducts periodic audits to ensure data integrity. Responds to data requests, uses Excel to manipulate data for analysis.
  • Conducts periodic global wage analysis to ensure market competitiveness on all compensation related programs.
  • Responds to internal requests for review of existing jobs, pricing new positions, reviewing requests for promotions, salary adjustments, ensuring internal and external equity.
  • Assists Vice President, Compensation and Benefits with on-going projects, maintains project timelines, creates presentations, communication materials, policies, etc.
  • Assists with design, implementation, communication and administration of new incentive plans, recognition and rewards programs. Provide budget analysis, track and report on status of on-going plan activity.
  • Leads projects, makes presentations to groups, and manages multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Remains up-to-date on country wage hour law regulations by attending various seminars and informational meetings as it pertains to the job function. Educate employees and HR staff as necessary.
  • Works with external vendor to develop and incorporate internal compensation programs to ensure the Company is compliant with Executive Order 11246. This includes all applicable related regulatory obligations, preparation of data for Affirmative Action Plans and responses to audit requests.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation preferred.
  • Seven to ten years' professional level compensation experience in the design and administration of compensation programs, job leveling systems, salary survey participation and analysis, bonus design and administration, and merit design and administration in large, highly matrixed organization.
  • Five professional level experience related to HRIS compensation systems management.
  • Experienced advising management on FLSA exemption requirements as well as other federal and state statutes.
  • Mastery in PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel - must be proficient in pivot tables, vlookups, graphing, formulas and functions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions. Exceptional mathematics skills.
  • Seven years' experience in HRIS compensation systems management. Experience managing data within HRIS systems, such as Oracle or Workday.
  • Prior experience working for a government contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management
  • Excellent problem solving, independent decision making, analytical and time management skills managing multiple tasks/deadlines for self and others.
