Position: Technical Program Manager with POS(Point of Sales) Exp
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: Long term
Key Responsibilities:
Own large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systems
Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendors
Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiatives
Support roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
Manage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment validation
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and store operational requirements
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades
Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
Strong understanding of POS architectures, store systems, and omnichannel retail flows
Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
