Senior Data Scientist should be an expert in classical Machine Learning and have production experience in at least one of the following domains: NLP (Natural Language Processing), CV (Computer Vision), Time Series, MLE/MLOps (Machine Learning Engineering/ Operationalization), Recommendation Systems.

Responsibilities
- Work with EPAM's clients and EPAM teams to shape-up AI/ML driven solutions
- Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value to our clients
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on production experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Proven expertise in at least one of the following domains: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning Engineering, Time Series Analysis and Generative AI (GenAI)
- Strong proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid experience with the Python ecosystem and data science libraries, including pandas, scikit-learn, and numpy
- Practical experience working with time series data and developing predictive models
- Familiarity with deploying and optimizing LLMs and GenAI solutions in real-world applications
Nice to have
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
