Summary
Location: Remote
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff Product & Technology to partner directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). This is a highly strategic, cross-functional leadership role focused on driving executive priorities, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes across the organization.
This is not a traditional Program Management or Project Management role. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influence across functions, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to execute strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving alignment across product, technology, finance, and business teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and customer organizations to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and strategic communications for senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage operational costs related to AI platforms, including Anthropic Claude and other AI technologies, ensuring cost optimization and governance.
- Lead cross-functional planning, governance, and executive reporting to support organizational objectives.
- Drive decision-making by tracking key initiatives, identifying risks, and ensuring timely execution.
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams while influencing without direct authority.
- Represent executive leadership in customer and partner discussions when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Technology Operations, or a similar executive support role.
- Experience partnering directly with C-level executives, preferably CTO, CIO, CPO, or CPTO.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with technology organizations and customer-facing leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets, operational costs, or technology spend is highly preferred.
- Self-driven individual contributor capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
- Background in technology strategy, business operations, or executive leadership support.
- Consulting experience with leading firms is a plus.
