Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer and Information Systems Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end release planning, coordination, and deployment activities.
- Define and enforce testing strategies, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
- Coordinate testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and post-release validation activities.
- Monitor release risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams to support platform delivery.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment records, testing evidence, and audit compliance artifacts.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience supporting release management, testing coordination, cloud platform deployments, and governance processes within enterprise environments.

- Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation programs.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of ITIL, release governance, and testing best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
