We are actively looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / Application Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Claims & Remittance to join a dynamic healthcare IT team.
Preference:
Candidates local to Oakland, CA (Hybrid model)
Remote candidates must be based in PST time zone
Role Overview
As an Epic Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Resolute and Claims/Remittance modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance billing workflows, reduce claim errors, and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Epic Resolute implementation, configuration & workflow optimization
Manage Claims & Remittance lifecycle (submission adjudication processing)
Analyze root causes of claim errors and improve data flow accuracy
Integrate Epic modules with external systems, payers & clearinghouses
Provide user support, troubleshooting & end-user training
Drive continuous improvements to reduce denials & improve RCM efficiency
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
Participate in system build, testing, and go-live support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst
Strong experience in Epic Resolute (Professional Billing)
Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Hands-on experience with Claims & Remittance workflows
Epic Resolute Certification (Mandatory)
Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
Experience in healthcare IT systems is highly preferred

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $95 - $110 per hour on C2C.
