We are seeking a skilled Power BI & Lumi Developer to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI development, dashboard creation, and data visualization, along with hands-on exposure to the Lumi platform/tools. Experience working on projects with American Express (AMEX) or within similar financial services environments is highly preferred.

This role involves designing and developing data-driven dashboards, translating complex datasets into actionable insights, and supporting business intelligence initiatives for enterprise-level reporting.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Build data models, DAX calculations, and optimized datasets for reporting and analytics

• Work with the Lumi platform/tools to support data integration and reporting workflows

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear data visualizations

• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and dashboard usability

• Support data analysis, reporting automation, and performance monitoring

• Work within enterprise BI environments, following best practices for governance and security

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI development and dashboarding

• Expertise in DAX, data modeling, and report optimization

• Experience working with Lumi platform/tools

• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
