Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in enterprise Monday.com implementations and configuration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project data migration and system transition workflows.
Experience with designing complex automations and third-party integrations within SaaS platforms.
Experience in data engineering and validation for large-scale software deployments.
Experience with project management office (PMO) transformation and system architecture design.
Experience in independent technical consulting for fast-paced implementation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the greenfield deployment and end-to-end implementation of the Monday.com platform.
Migrate project data from Microsoft Project into structured Monday.com boards and architectures.
Design and implement custom workflow automations, permission models, and system integrations.
Execute large-scale data migration scripts and validate data integrity throughout the transition.
Advise executive stakeholders on best practices for SaaS-based project management governance.
Develop technical documentation for system workflows, data structures, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate system configuration activities to align with organizational project management processes.
