Summary
Role Highlights:
- Participate in fit-gap analysis and process modeling/standardization.
- Develop business requirements and user stories.
- Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) across Development, Stage, and Production environments.
- Support validation activities (IQ/OQ), documentation, HyperCare, and Go-Live.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PharmaSuite MES issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site SMEs.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PharmaSuite MES.
- Experience troubleshooting PharmaSuite MES issues.
- Knowledge of IT Lifecycle Management, ISA-95 (S95), and IT business processes.
- Experience creating IQ/OQ validation documents.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
