Role Summary:

We are seeking talented React Developers passionate about building high-quality modern frontend solutions Successful candidates will be responsible for hands on development of frontend code building responsive and dynamic user interfaces and collaborating with cross functional teams within an Agile environment to deliver digital products of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Common Responsibilities Across All Levels:

Collaborate with UXUI designers and backend developers to build seamless and dynamic user interfaces.

Write clean maintainable and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance and maintainability.

Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and UX technologies.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Apply Test Driven Development TDD and Shift Left testing principles across development stages.

Responsibilities Specific to Experience Levels

Mid-Level 3-4 Years

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
• Implement UI components and features according to design specifications.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.
• Assist in ensuring cross browser compatibility and optimizing applications.

Senior Level 5 Years

• Lead frontend development efforts using React to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Lead frontend architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.
• Implement responsive UI designs with expertise in modern CSS optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior and midlevel developers and conduct advanced code reviews to maintain and elevate code quality standards.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience 3-4 years of hands on experience in frontend UI development with a strong focus on React 5 years of overall experience in front end UI development with expert level proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem.
• Core UI Framework Strong proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem e.g. hooks context API router Expert level proficiency in React including advanced patterns performance optimization and best practices.
• State Management Experience with state management libraries e.g. Redux Zust and Recoil Deep expertise in various state management patterns and libraries with the ability to choose and implement optimal solutions for complex applications.
• Styling In depth understanding of CSS including SASSSCSS CSS in JS e.g. Styled Components and responsive design patterns.
• Expert knowledge of advanced CSS techniques performance-oriented styling and experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Build ToolsDev Experience.
• Experience in Nodejs and npm for build and dependency management Familiarity with modern bundlers Webpack Vite Extensive experience managing frontend workflows using Nodejs npmYarn and advanced build configurations ability to optimize build processes.
• Testing Experience with frontend testing tools e.g. Jest React Testing Library Cypress Playwright Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies including unit integration and E2E tests using tools like Jest React Testing Library Cypress Playwright.
• Version Control Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows e.g. pull requests branching strategies Expert in Git and GitHub for complex projects including advanced branching release management and code review processes.
• Micro Frontends MFEs Familiarity or exposure to Micro Frontends architecture Prior experience or deep understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and implementation strategies.
• Monorepo Tool Nx Familiarity with monorepos and experience using tools like Nx for project management Experience leveraging monorepo tools like Nx for largescale application development and managing shared libraries.
• CICD Understanding of CICD pipelines and Git based workflows Experience in setting up optimizing and maintaining CICD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Containerization Orchestration Familiarity with containerization using Docker and deployment to platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes Experience with Docker and deployment orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes in a production environment.
• API Integration Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON based backend systems Expertise in consuming and optimizing various API types REST GraphQL incl.
