📝 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced C# Developer / Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Angular, and SQL Server, along with experience working on large menu-driven business systems such as claims processing, payroll, medical, or insurance applications.

⚠️ Important Note: This environment does NOT use APIs. Candidates must have hands-on experience building applications without API-based architectures.

🔧 Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain C#/.NET applications
Build in-house enterprise solutions using .NET framework
Debug, test, and maintain code (no API usage)
Work with Angular UI and SQL Server backend
Handle data-heavy UI operations (scrolling, transactions, updates)
Participate in design, planning, and Agile ceremonies
Identify and resolve technical issues and risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

✅ Required Skills

5+ years of C# development experience (NO APIs)
Strong experience with .NET (3.1 or higher)
2+ years of Angular
3+ years of SQL Server / T-SQL
Experience with Visual Studio / VS Code
1+ year of gRPC
Experience with menu-driven enterprise systems (claims, payroll, insurance, medical)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in an Agile environment

⭐ Nice to Have

ColdFusion experience
Knowledge of additional languages (COBOL, Java, Python, PHP, C++)

🏢 Work Environment

First month fully onsite
Then hybrid (max 2 days remote/week)
Must be able to work onsite in Richmond, VA
