Your role As a Production Planner, your mission is to coordinate aftermarket orders and documentation for centrifugal compressor and turbo expander components-ensuring all departments stay aligned to meet project and customer commitments. . You will report to the Operations Manager.
You will
- Coordinate aftermarket orders and documentation, ensuring accuracy of commercial documents and alignment with project commitments.
- Identify required parts and components using engineering drawings, bills of materials, and sourcing data to determine availability, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Create and manage production orders, including converting planned orders, monitoring schedules, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors-including Sourcing, Aftermarket Sales, and other departments-to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Support project execution by participating in meetings, preparing required requisitions, and managing additional assigned projects in compliance with company and safety standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Stribg verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
