We are seeking a
Senior Systems Engineer to manage layered enterprise applications on Windows Virtual Machines, oversee packaging and deployment with SCCM, automate operational tasks using PowerShell, and optionally support Azure DevOps-based CI/CD processes.
This role emphasizes stability, automation, patching, release coordination, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications hosted on Windows infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Write and maintain scripts using Windows Batch scripting PowerShell YAML
- Manage system configurations using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Sufficient understanding of Windows Server 2022 and VMware environments Azure Cloud
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Monitor system performance using New Relic and Sensu
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve system reliability
- Document procedures best practices and solutions clearly and comprehensively
- Lead incident response efforts for critical issues
- Ensure security and quality compliance to meet organization standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a Windows environment
- Strong understanding of Windows Server 2022 administration and VMware management
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) New Relic Sensu
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies effectively
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
