Role Overview
The Director of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives, expand enterprise client relationships, and drive new revenue opportunities across key industry verticals.
This role is ideal for an accomplished sales leader and relationship builder with deep experience in staffing, talent solutions, or professional services. The successful candidate will own the full sales lifecycle, develop strategic partnerships, and help shape the company''s go-to-market strategy while working closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive new client acquisition
- Identify, target, and secure enterprise and mid-market opportunities across:
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Life Sciences
- Pharmaceutical sectors
- Consistently exceed revenue and growth objectives
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with:
- CHROs
- Talent Acquisition Leaders
- Procurement Executives
- Hiring Managers and Business Leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding workforce challenges and recommending tailored talent solutions
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Manage the entire sales process from:
- Prospecting
- Lead Generation
- Discovery Meetings
- Solution Design
- Proposal Development
- Negotiation
- Contract Execution
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through CRM management and forecasting
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic alliances

Cross-Functional Leadership

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in:
- Business Development
- Sales Leadership
- Staffing & Recruitment Services
- Talent Solutions
- Professional Services
- Proven track record of:
- Closing enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Building long-term client relationships
