Experience in the eCommerce Search domain is mandatory.

Translate business requirements into technical user stories, epics, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Create detailed technical stories for engineering teams, rather than customer-facing features.

Strong understanding of search platform concepts, APIs, indexing, relevance/ranking, and system integrations.

Experience supporting search provider migrations, including platform migration, data mapping, integration cutovers, and change management.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, eCommerce teams, and search engineering teams.

Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Requirements

10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience in the Search domain.
Strong technical user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
Understanding of search platforms, APIs, integrations, indexing, and relevance/ranking concepts.
