Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize production processes for aerospace components
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase throughput
  • Partner with engineering to troubleshoot and implement design improvements
  • Develop and maintain clear work instructions, procedures, and test methods
  • Support prototyping, tooling, and CAM programming activities
  • Mentor technicians and promote best practices on the shop floor
  • Evaluate suppliers, materials, and production readiness
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment
  • Strong background in lean/continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, Poka-Yoke)
  • Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and drive data-based decisions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
