Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Architect
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on development expertise to design and implement scalable, secure solutions in a FedRAMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities:

Define ServiceNow architecture aligned with CSDM
Develop custom applications, scripts, and workflows
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers
Maintain CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
Ensure platform security, ACLs, and compliance
Conduct code reviews and governance enforcement

Required Skills:

8+ years IT / 5+ years ServiceNow
JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS
CMDB, ITOM
IntegrationHub, Flow Designer
FedRAMP / Government environment

Certifications:

CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM), ITIL v4
