About the Role

KayDev Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a 30-month, in-person engagement with the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports in Albany, NY. You'll elicit and analyze stakeholder needs, facilitate JAD sessions and requirement workshops, produce requirements artifacts, manage requirements through their lifecycle, and support testing and UAT.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs and converting them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules
• 84 months creating and maintaining requirements artifacts: business cases, BRDs, use cases, report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, UI specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications
• 84 months facilitating requirement workshops such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs
• 72 months managing requirements through the requirements management lifecycle: requirements management plan, requirements traceability matrix, baselines, and change control
• 60 months creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator / Developer certification
• Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public/business administration
