Responsibilities
  • Guide product teams in preparing APIs for launch, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Facilitate a seamless partner experience by addressing documentation and support gaps.
  • Implement standards and controls to mitigate risks related to API compliance and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate enterprise expectations into actionable guidance.
  • Streamline and automate launch requirements to accelerate time to market.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with APIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with performance testing, API governance, and developer portals.
  • Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and design.
  • Technical writing experience, particularly in defining workflows and procedures.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
