Description
• Focus on underwriting in non-energy sectors, including construction areas of responsibility.
• Engage with large accounts valued at $400M or more.
• Develop and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Participate in client-facing activities and events.
• Adapt to travel and potential relocation as required.
• Represent the company with professionalism and maturity.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage underwriting processes for large accounts.
• Build and sustain broker relationships.
• Engage with C-level clients confidently.
• Navigate complex underwriting scenarios effectively.
• Travel for business as necessary.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in excess casualty underwriting.
• Experience in managing large accounts, specifically over $400M.
• Established relationships with brokers.
• Professional demeanor and comfort in high-level meetings.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if needed.
