RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Technical Lead/Architect in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Technical Lead/Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for the design, integration, support, and continuous enhancement of our Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) platform. This individual will serve as the primary technical authority for the solution, partnering closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT organizations to optimize planning capabilities and deliver strategic roadmap initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the technical lead and solution architect for the Kinaxis Maestro platform
* Design, configure, and optimize Kinaxis applications to support supply chain planning and business objectives
* Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and future-state design
* Design and support integrations between Kinaxis Maestro, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise supply chain systems
* Develop and maintain Kinaxis data models, business rules, automation, and configurations
* Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data issues while driving root-cause analysis and resolution
* Provide technical leadership for enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing platform support activities
* Partner with business users to translate supply chain requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Support production operations, incident management, and performance optimization initiatives
* Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and future platform expansion efforts
* Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and support procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology, enterprise applications, or solution architecture roles
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Kinaxis Maestro
* Experience integrating Kinaxis with: SAP S/4HANA; ERP systems; Supply chain applications; Enterprise data platforms
* Experience working with APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks
* Experience leading technical workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews
* Deep expertise in: Kinaxis configuration; Data modeling; Automation and scripting; Application support; Troubleshooting and performance optimization
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning; Supply Planning; Inventory Planning; Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Kinaxis certification(s)
* Experience supporting large-scale enterprise supply chain transformations
* Experience with cloud-based enterprise application architectures
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Familiarity with supply chain analytics, reporting, and master data management
* Knowledge of additional planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
