Duties & Responsibilities

Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions:
  • Work with senior leadership, business leaders, and IT to align digital initiatives with the overall transformation roadmap.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for planning, project controls, finance, procurement, CRM, HR, and field execution capabilities.
  • Partner with enterprise architects and infrastructure/security teams to shape the target application and integration architecture, including environments, interfaces, and data flows.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business process owners and implementation partners, ensuring system designs reflect both technical best practices and operational realities.
  • Design and coordinate key testing cycles (system, integration, user acceptance), and support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and early post-go-live stabilization.
  • Support data migration planning and execution, coordinating mapping, rules, and validation with IT and business teams.
  • Contribute to training and change enablement by providing input on role-based training materials, system documentation, and support processes.

  • Establish master data model and data governance, including data owners, stewards, quality KPIs, and issue triage processes.
  • Define canonical data definitions and mapping standards across ERP, CRM, HR, and field systems to improve consistency and reporting quality.

Improve Performance, Visibility, AI & Control
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to define standard reports and dashboards for project performance, margin, cash, risk, and resource utilization.
  • Promote integration and data consistency across systems supporting planning, engineering, procurement, construction, finance, HR, and HSE.
  • Support adoption of analytics, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights that improve efficiency and decision quality.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities across ERP, CRM, HR, and field workflows; integrate these into the transformation roadmap.
