Job Description:

• Responsible for participating in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Works closely with business teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities by analyzing processes and stakeholder inputs.
• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future state processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Validate business systems and data for accuracy and integrity.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements and process flows.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data flow diagrams.
• Ensure alignment with design standards and best practices.
• Develop technical scopes of work and support project execution.
• Facilitate discussions and provide insights on risks and dependencies.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide support and training during solution implementations.
• Collaborate with teams across different locations and time zones.

Should Have:

• Understanding of financial services industry fundamentals.
• Ability to align business requirements with regulatory and business objectives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related analytical field preferred.
