The Product Operations team is responsible for helping Apple teams operate and execute effectively. Our team is responsible to take some of the most difficult organizational, business, or technological challenges. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute plans that change the way we do our work.\n\nTo do this role successfully, you need to have a deep technical understanding of how our products work, a strong sense of ownership, and fantastic execution skills. You need to be the kind of person who can wear many hats and do whatever it takes to get the job done.\n\nThis role encompasses strategy (e.g., analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g., driving the cadence of our organization, connecting functions), and communications across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\nAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple unrelated topics in any given week\n7+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, program management, and/or analytics in a technology company\nStrong technical skills in developing relationships and working effectively with technical and non-technical teams at all levels and functions\nCapability to understand and articulate the high level strategy to leadership teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in execution at the ground level\nExperience with cross-functional stakeholder management and project management, with the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle in a services environment\nOutstanding presentation and written communication skills\nProven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure success
Experience working in payments platforms, banking, or other financial services companies. \nExperience with multi-national product companies\n10+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, program management, and/or analytics in a technology company
