We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to perform manual, automated, and localization testing for public-sector enterprise applications. The key requirement for this role is bilingual Spanish functional testing—you will validate Spanish-language screens, forms, notices, and workflows against English specs to ensure accurate service delivery.

Position: QA Test Analyst (Manual & Automation)
Location: Hartford, CT
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day/week on-site; candidate must reside locally or be willing to relocate)

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in QA Software Testing (Manual & Automation).
Language Proficiency: Professional working fluency in English & Spanish (ability to validate functional Spanish content & document defects clearly).
Automation & Core Tools: Java, Selenium, TestNG, Jira.
API & Database: REST/SOAP API testing (Postman), JSON/XML, and SQL backend database validation.
Testing Scope: Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Knowledge: Public sector, Human Services, Healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare, SNAP, TANF, or Integrated Eligibility Systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical field experience.
