About the Opportunity
A financial wellness company is looking for a team lead for their Data Analytics team. The company's focus is to monitor their users' spending habits and manage/cancel subscriptions that are not being used anymore. This team lead must have experience managing data analysts working on a consumer facing product focusing on improving user experiences for an app.
Job Details
As a Team Lead Data Analyst, you will use your experiences/skills to manage a team of Data Analysts, improve customer relationships with their financial products through experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 7-10 Data Analysts
- Work cross-functionally with other data teams to make data driven decisions
- Create ambitious yet achievable quarterly roadmaps that drive our business forward by building tooling that allows the team to deliver faster, more consistent work

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working a consumer facing product (app)
- 3+ years managing teams of data analysts/scientists
- Experienced in implementing and scaling self-service analytics platforms and data governance frameworks.
- Expert experience in product experimentation testing (A/B testing)
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer
