RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant (Healthcare Transformation) for a remote role - however, candidates must reside in NV, CO or WA. This is a contract role, running through December 2026 (potential extension/conversion). Travel up to 25% as needed for project milestones and go-lives.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Consultants to lead healthcare transformation initiatives focused on care delivery optimization, operational improvement, clinic expansion, and large-scale change management efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Lead complex healthcare transformation initiatives
* Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
* Develop project plans, track deliverables, and drive execution
* Partner with clinical, operational, executive, and IT stakeholders
* Support implementation, workflow redesign, and go-live activities
* Translate business and clinical needs into actionable solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years
* Direct healthcare care delivery experience required
* Experience in hospitals, clinics, surgical settings, or healthcare operations
* Proven success leading large-scale change management and transformation initiatives
* Strong project/program management skills
* Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience collaborating with healthcare IT teams
Preferred Experience:
* Epic experience
* Healthcare consulting background
* Surgical operations or scheduling experience
* Hospital/inpatient operations experience
* Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
