Role - Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Mountain View, CA (3 Days onsite in a week/Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract

W2 Position

Role Summary:
Integration of a newly acquired Ruby on Rails product with an existing Java-based application, providing technical leadership and driving cross-team alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration between Ruby on Rails and Java platforms
Define integration architecture, roadmap, and long-term strategy
Act as the technical bridge between RoR and Java teams
Recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance integration approaches
Resolve cross-platform issues and guide teams through the integration lifecycle

Required Qualifications:
12+ years of software development and architecture experience
Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Java
Expertise in system integration, microservices, APIs, and cloud deployments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
