🔹 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VLSI Physical Designer with strong expertise in RTL-to-GDSII implementation, physical design, timing closure, and signoff verification.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ RTL-to-GDSII Implementation

• Synthesis, placement, and routing using Synopsys Fusion Compiler

• Block and SoC floorplanning

• Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS)

✅ Signoff Checks

• Static timing analysis using PrimeTime

• Parasitic extraction using StarRC

• EM/IR analysis and closure using RedHawk-SC

• Physical verification using Siemens Calibre, including DRC, LVS, antenna, and density checks

✅ ECO Implementation

• Logical ECOs using Formality ECO

• Timing ECOs using PrimeClosure

✅ Advanced Technology Nodes

• Experience working on advanced semiconductor technology nodes, especially 5nm and 3nm

• Optimization of timing, power, area (PPA), design rules, performance, and reliability

🔹 Required Technical Skills:

• Synopsys Fusion Compiler

• PrimeTime and StarRC

• RedHawk-SC

• Siemens Calibre

• Formality ECO and PrimeClosure

• RTL-to-GDSII flow and physical design signoff
