Job Purpose: The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department s Office of Environmental Accountability & Transparency. The Contractor must provide the qualified Data Modeler candidate proposed in its Response, and selected by the Department, who has the experience and abilities outlined above. This position requires the following experience and/or knowledge: 3-5 years of experience in data visualization and analysis. (Proficiency level: 4) Proficient in gathering and data visualization and analysis. (Proficiency level: 4) Familiar with statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies. (Proficiency level: 4) Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate program requirements into technical solutions and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Primary Job, Duties and Tasks Develop visually appealing, intuitive, user friendly, and insightful Qlik Cloud dashboards and reports Advise program areas on which visualizations and analyses would best help them achieve their goals Collaborate with data engineers and others to gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex statistical analysis Work collaboratively with program areas to identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure progress toward goals Collaborate with data engineers and others to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes Monitor data quality to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
