Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to support a complex, high-performance network infrastructure spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical in maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise and production network infrastructure
• Support incident response and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud (AWS/VPC) environments
• Assist in maintaining high availability and performance of critical systems supporting global gaming platforms
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP)
• Support and manage network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devices
• Assist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN)
• Work with load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)
• Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and Syslog
• Participate in on-call rotation and support high-priority production incidents
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with engineering teams on network improvements, upgrades, and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in network administration or network operations
• Strong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series)
• Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments
• Exposure to firewalls and network security concepts
• Experience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements
• Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting tools
• Experience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering)
• Exposure to load balancing technologies (F5, Riverbed Zeus)
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible)
