We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Liquidity and Financing Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and resilient applications using Java, Angular, python, and SQL
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology platforms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to technology and risk management
- Support the integration of AI and emerging technologies to enhance client and employee experiences
- Demonstrate teamwork. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with our company culture and values
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 10 plus years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong CS fundamentals with problem solving analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Experience building distributed high-performance, high-availability systems
- Hands on experience in Core Java & J2EE skills, PL/SQL, python
- Fundamental understanding of RDBMS and database design applications
- Experience with RESTFul webservices, Tomcat, Apache, Unix Script are a plus
- Experience with working in Finance is preferred
