Summary

Project Manager & Data Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, data analysis, or procurement support.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
Basic SQL or Databricks experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to organize information, manage follow-ups, and keep teams aligned on next steps.
Good communication skills with the ability to summarize data and project status clearly.
Procurement, supply chain, SAP, or supplier data experience is helpful but not required.

Hybrid-3days (Any day between Tues-Thur)
Both locations available to work (UG,PA and Rahway, NJ).
Position Summary
We are seeking a temporary Project Manager & Data Analyst to support AH-GSM initiatives by helping manage project activities, organize requirements, track progress, and deliver practical data analysis. This contract role is ideal for someone who can coordinate across teams, work with data, build reports, and turn information into clear updates and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, timelines, action items, risks, and status tracking.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, stakeholder inputs, and project updates across business and IT teams.
Gather and document business requirements, process steps, and key decisions.
Support testing activities, including test case tracking, UAT coordination, issue logging, and follow-up.
Analyze procurement, supplier, spend, price, volume, or category data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and update dashboards, reports, trackers, and KPI summaries using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Clean, organize, and validate data to improve reporting quality and consistency.
Prepare clear summaries, presentations, and recommendations for project teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain simple process documentation, data definitions, and training materials as needed.
