Nuveen International Business is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support and system administration for enterprise applications supporting real estate operations. This role serves as the primary US-based contact for application support managing Level 1 support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business units and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Administer enterprise-wide Yardi configurations including user permissions, security groups, custom menus, deployment packages, and system hotfixes
- Lead end-to-end application integration projects with downstream systems from requirements gathering through production rollout
- Manage Level 1 and Level 3 helpdesk support queues, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 for all applications in scope.
- Provision user accounts and validate access permissions aligned with role-based security requirements across enterprise applications
- Support internal and external audits by providing comprehensive system documentation and compliance evidence
- Lead weekly Level 1 team sessions to resolve outstanding tickets, identify training gaps, and deliver process improvement training
- Support ITRC governance processes for all applications
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's Degree Required

Required Skills - 5 or more years experience in application support or system administration role, preferably in real estate technology Like Yardi Voyager.
- Proven experience managing helpdesk operations and support teams
- Experience coordinating with offshore/vendor support teams
- Experience supporting audit and compliance initiatives
- Track record of managing multiple applications and stakeholder groups
- Experience with Azure AD and multi-factor authentication systems
- Strong understanding of enterprise access management and security protocols
- Understanding of ITRC governance processes
Preferred Skills:- Background in real estate technology systems
- Project management experience with system integrations
- Proficiency in ETL processes and data integration
- Knowledge of fund accounting and NCREIF reporting requirements
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and patch operations

Base Pay Range: $128,000/yr - $153,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
