Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise AI Agent, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives from planning through production deployment and adoption. The candidate will manage global onsite/offshore teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure measurable business value through AI transformation.
 Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management for large-scale technology initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience managing onsite/offshore distributed teams.

• Hands-on program delivery experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation.

• Knowledge of AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, and workflow automation.

• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery governance.

• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience in AI adoption, change management, business case development, ROI analysis, and tracking business outcomes.

• Experience managing project roadmaps, budgets, risks, resources, timelines, and dependencies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
