About the role

We are hiring three Systems Analysts to support a LAPD. Windows 11 Enterprise migration and Microsoft Intune deployment. You'll work across all phases of the project planning, deployment, and administration handling device enrollment, endpoint management, and end-user transition support. This is a hands-on role for someone fluent in modern cloud-based endpoint management.

What you'll do

Deploy and administer Windows 11 Enterprise and support end-user transition
Manage device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle through Microsoft Intune
Configure and manage Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows (zero-touch)
Handle cloud-based endpoint management, including MDM and MAM
Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 applications via Intune
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation, configuration, and security policy enforcement
Configure and monitor endpoint security controls in line with departmental and City security standards
Manage Windows OS administration, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting

Must-haves

Windows 11 enterprise deployment, administration, and end-user transition experience
Windows OS administration: update management, Group Policy, and compliance baseline configuration
Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, and cloud endpoint management
Windows Autopilot configuration and zero-touch provisioning
Microsoft 365 application management, packaging, and delivery via Intune (familiarity with M365 F3 and E3 licensing)
MDM and MAM in enterprise environments
PowerShell scripting for system administration, endpoint configuration, and security automation

Nice-to-haves

Microsoft endpoint or security certifications
Experience supporting large enterprise or government migrations
