Role: Salesforce Business Analyst-Pharma
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 6+ Months Contract (Contract W2)
*Note: Pharma/Life Sciences Experience: Mandatory*
Required Skills:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong Salesforce CRM experience
Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience MUST HAVE
Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and SDLC
Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, UAT, and functional documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or relevant Salesforce platforms
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce teams, and technical teams
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Analyze and improve CRM/business processes across Sales, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or related Pharma functions
Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, UAT, and production releases
Create process flows, BRDs, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Identify process gaps and recommend Salesforce-based solutions
Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics initiatives
