Requirements:&

• Strong experience as an MQ Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Data Center Migration (mandatory)

• Install, configure, administer, and upgrade IBM MQ Queue Managers and messaging infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain queues, channels, listeners, clusters, client connections, and security policies.
• Perform IBM MQ installation, migration, patching, and version upgrades.
• Monitor MQ environments to ensure high availability, performance, and system health.
• Troubleshoot messaging failures, queue backlogs, channel issues, and connectivity problems.
• Configure SSL/TLS, authentication, authorization, and certificate management for secure messaging.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for IBM MQ.
• Support MQ clustering, multi-instance queue managers, and queue sharing groups where applicable.
• Automate administrative tasks using Shell, Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Work with development teams to support application connectivity and message flow troubleshooting.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Participate in production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and on-call rotations.
