Post-Close Divestiture Leadership
- Serve as the integration lead and Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) post-close divestiture workstreams.
- Build and improve a scalable operational support model for divestiture-related security activities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to A&D security team members, capability leads, and contractors.
- Drive education and engagement across deal teams and communities of practice to ensure strong cybersecurity coverage in all transactions.
