IT Project Manager

What you will do at Sogeti:

Build and maintain detailed, integrated project plans (tasks, milestones, dependencies)

Drive alignment across IT, Quality, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders

Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and critical path

Track progress and proactively follow up with owners

Produce bi-weekly status reports and dashboards

Maintain structured tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions

Track forecast (latest thinking) and committed spend

What you will bring:

7 + years of Project Management experience in IT

Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs

Must have experience with SDLC and Quality Systems

Experience in large transformation, separation, or integration programs

Experience working in Life Sciences is required

Experience in global, matrixed organizations

A&D experience is nice to have

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 100K-140K

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
