Job Description:

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex ad tech initiatives. Role focused, responsible for delivery governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad operations, data, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and delivery of multi-team ad tech programs.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Own program governance, milestones, and status reporting.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams and vendors.
Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation.
Help gather requirements. Support requirements translation and UAT coordination.

Required Qualifications:

5 10 years of Technical Program Management experience.
Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform systems.
Strong ad tech or ad operations systems experience.
Jira and Confluence required; Monday.com a plus.
SDLC and Agile delivery experience.
Bachelor's degree in technical field.
